Legal tightening in the case of child abuse fully worked out – domestic

Vienna – The turquoise-green coalition has worked out its package of measures once morest child abuse and is sending the tightening of sexual criminal law for assessment. In the future, up to five years in prison will be possible for the production or offering of a large number (30 photos/videos or more) of depictions of abuse, the Ministry of Justice announced in a broadcast on Saturday. Bans on activities for convicts have been revised and there should be a seal of approval for child protection and more advice.
