We have news from the South Koreans of LGsince they have presented their new camera module with an optical telephoto lens which can offer a range of zoom between 4x and 9x.
LG Innotek has announced through a statement to this new telephoto camera module that we should see it installed in the top-of-the-line smartphones of 2023 that have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The module will not only be able to offer a optical zoom up to 9x (9x)will also have optical image stabilization (OIS)in addition to having a “zoom actuator” to focus quickly.
LG’s new telephoto module will also be present during the next CES 2023where the company will make an official presentation to find out more details.
