LG has announced a gaming monitor in the UltraGear series. The model is called LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B and is already available to order in the United States.
Here’s what we know
The LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B features a QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) IPS display with a frame rate of 240Hz and a response time of 1ms (GtG). The screen diagonal is 27 inches, the brightness is 400 nits and the DCI-P3 color gamut coverage is 95%.
The LCD panel features a 1000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles. The manufacturer also announces support for AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC technologies.
LG’s UltraGear 27GR83Q-B features DisplayPort, HMDI, USB hub and 3.5mm jack. The monitor’s arsenal also includes VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, an ergonomic stand, and a VESA wall mount.
Price and availability date
The LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B is officially priced at $500. However, the gaming laptop is now available in the US at a discounted price of $150.
