Report from the City of London Police. It states that the 17-year-old man who is suspected of being behind the leaked GTA 6 video has now been arrested.
The suspect is “White”, the man behind Lapsus$, a group of hackers that have hacked into many world-famous companies. This is in line with what the Doxbin website revealed earlier this week.
The police are in the process of investigating. White is reportedly the same hacker who hacked Uber just days before he released a massive GTA 6 leak to the public.
On the evening of Thursday 22 September 2022, the City of London Police arrested a 17-year-old in Oxfordshire on suspicion of hacking, as part of an investigation supported by the @NCA_UK’s National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU).
