Not all games in the store are available on disc and backwards compatibility on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. VGC brainstormed and calculated that following the closure of the Microsoft Store on Xbox 360, players will permanently lose access to more than 220 games. This is definitely depressing news, but there are quite a few games on this list that are also available on other platforms (like Bastion) or have received updates for a younger generation of consoles (Resident Evil 0). The full list of games that will disappear with the shutdown Xbox 360 Store is represented by the link. The Xbox 360 Store and Xbox 360 Marketplace will cease operations on July 29, 2024.
