Madonna’s concert scheduled for Saturday evening at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp started an hour late. The announcement was greeted with whistles by fans of the “Queen of Pop” who had already made a name for herself in London where she had started her world tour.
The reasons for the delay are not known. Some fans were already lining up on Saturday followingnoon to get a good seat, so they had to wait a little longer before being able to applaud the Material Girl.
