Minister of Finance Andrzej Domański with the deputy head of the National Tax Administration, Małgorzata Krok
- From February 1, 2024, Małgorzata Krok was appointed deputy minister of finance and deputy head of the National Tax Administration.
- The appointment of the new Undersecretary of State was presented by the Minister of Finance, Andrzej Domański.
Małgorzata Krok is a lawyer and tax advisor. She completed master’s studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in International Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.
She gained experience in Polish and international law firms and tax consulting companies. She represented taxpayers before customs and tax administration authorities and administrative courts. She advised on tax and customs law matters, implementing local and international projects. She also conducted training and lectures on tax law.
