The Luxembourg Public Prosecutor’s Office informed us this Saturday morning that an accelerated procedure was opened once morest a man arrested late Friday morning in Arlon. The individual, born in 1992, was in a completely dazed state following drinking for two days. He attacked a person in the street, for no apparent reason. He went to get an alarm gun from his car and pressed it once morest the cheek of the victim, whom he did not know. It was only following he sobered up that he realized the impact of his actions. The man will appear before the criminal court during the month of January for threats and possession of a weapon as part of the accelerated procedure.
