Manchester United kick off their Premier League campaign with a loss to Brighton

Manchester United started its campaign in the English Premier League, losing 1/2 to its guest Brighton during the match that brought them together today, Sunday, in the first round of the competition, which saw Leicester City draw with Brentford 2/2.

Brighton ended the first half with two clean goals, scored by Pascal Gross in the 39th minute.

And Manchester United managed to reduce the difference in the second half through a goal scored by Alexis McAllister, Brighton’s player, by an own goal in the 67th minute.

Brighton scored its first three points this season, while Manchester United remained without a score at the bottom of the standings.

In the second match, Leicester City drew 2-2 with Brentford.

Leicester City’s goals were scored by Timothy Castanee and Kiernan Hull in the 33rd and 46th minutes, while Brentford’s goals by Evan Toni and Belinda da Silva scored in the 62nd and 86th minutes.

Each team scored its first point in the league this season.
