Inspector Marek Boroń became the Chief of Police. The decision was announced by the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, on the X website.
“It’s time to stop media speculation,” wrote the minister. He added that Prime Minister Donald Tusk appointed the current acting Chief Commander of Police on March 21.
