Marjane Holding does not want to be left behind when it comes to catering. The group has just created a new subsidiary dedicated to catering and mobile catering.
Called Flavors Food Company, this new joint venture, with capital of 300,000 dirhams, was legally created on July 7.
Among around ten directors, we generally find senior executives from Marjane Holding including CEO Ayoub Azami who is also CEO of Flavors Food Company.
Marjane Holding is represented in the round table by Nouria Belkadi, Director of Management Control.
The birth certificate of this new company was filed with the Casablanca commercial court on October 24. The audit of the accounts was entrusted to the PWC Maroc firm in the person of El Ghali Armel.
