Healthy and sustainable food should be accessible and affordable to all. However, with record inflation in food prices, and in particular on basic products, fruits and vegetables, and inexpensive foods, more and more households are having difficulty feeding themselves adequately. As part of the Francophone Nutrition Days (JFN) which take place from December 6 to 8 at Parc Chanot in Marseille, the team from the endocrinology, nutrition and metabolic diseases department of the AP-HM is organizing a general public conference on the theme “Healthy and sustainable food: at what cost?”

Hosted by Nicole Darmon, from Marseille and director of research in nutrition and public health at INRAE in Montpellier, specialist in both social inequalities in relation to food and sustainable food, this conference will take place this Wednesday, December 6 , at 5 p.m. at the faculty of pharmacy at La Timone.

Wednesday December 6, at 5 p.m., Pierre Bernard amphitheater of the Timone Faculty of Pharmacy (27 Boulevard Jean Moulin, Marseille 5th). This conference is open to all and free.
