An accident involving 10 vehicles had occurred on the E40 Liège – Aix-la-Chapelle at km 92.0 near Milmort.
At the start, a truck lost a metal part on the road. It was then hit by four vehicles.
The vehicles on the emergency lane were struck by several other vehicles.
At 2:45 p.m. the vehicles were cleared and traffic will be able to ease.
