On October 3, a parade review of civil defense forces and equipment took place on Lenin Square in Penza. The event took place as part of the All-Russian headquarters training on civil defense.
The review was attended by employees of the police, emergency rescue service, regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, ambulance, fire and rescue center, Rosprirodnadzor, Ministry of Emergency Situations, center for laboratory analysis and technical changes in the Volga Federal District and other services.
