The Matteo Ricci Jesuit college, located in the Brussels commune of Anderlecht, was evacuated on Monday morning following management received a worrying email reporting a bomb threat, the area’s spokesperson confirmed Brussels-Midi police force. The usual searches having turned out to be negative, the students were able to return to school.

“The school received a suspicious email reporting a bomb threat. Management then contacted the police,” indicated the Brussels Midi police zone. Police officers then went to the scene and evacuated the building, located on Boulevard Poincaré.
