Maurel & Prom Gabon is renovating the two boarding schools (girls and boys) at the Léon Mba high school –

Maurel & Prom Gabon, has, as part of its CSR policy, decided to restart the two boarding schools (girls and boys) of the Léon Mba high school in order to allow students in preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles of 1time et 2th year of Maths Sup to study in a peaceful setting and in favorable working conditions to aim for excellence.

After the renovation of the buildings, Maurel & Prom Gabon provided: 70 beds, 70 mattresses + pillows, kitchen utensils, household appliances, 70 cupboards, 70 chairs, and 70 tables, all for a total value of more than 36 million FCFA .

“Although a civilian and a foreigner, I had the chance to study in a military engineering school. We learn a lot of things there – mathematics, physics, computers, languages, management…. But if there is one thing I learned from this particular environment, it is that in this multipolar, competitive and constantly changing world, our well-trained students today will be our best soldiers tomorrow,” declared Mathieu Thabault, Managing Director of Maurel & Prom Gabon during the delivery ceremony of the site to Camélia Ntoutoume Leclerq, Minister of National Education.

These students are the future Gabonese elite and Maurel & Prom Gabon is keen, it is said, to be part of history by supporting their education through this project.
