Fadden’s impressive career boasts a series of significant leadership roles. He spent three years as Hotel Manager at the esteemed Castlemartyr Resort in cork,followed by over six years as Revenue and Resident Manager at The Fitzwilliam Hotel,dublin. His experience extends even further, having held positions with both the Hilton and Fitzpatrick’s in New York. These diverse experiences honed his skills in operations, guest services, and strategic management, solidifying his reputation as a leader within the luxury hospitality sector.
Fadden’s dedication to his craft is evident in his educational background.He holds both a BSc and MSc in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Technological University Dublin,and also a Diploma in Digital Marketing. This well-rounded education equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the modern hospitality industry.
