Vienna / Forchtenstein – The Constitutional Court (VfGH) has upheld the challenge brought by the ÖVP Forchtenstein to the mayoral runoff election in Forchtenstein (district of Mattersburg) on October 23, 2022. The election must be repeated from the time before the shortlist is announced, according to a broadcast by the Constitutional Court on Friday.
