Mayra Goñi broke her silence and gave details regarding her life in Miami, responding to the criticism and speculation that was circulating regarding her supposed life of luxury in the United States.

In an interview on the program “El Reventonazo”, the actress confessed how the comments from Peru affected her emotionally, reaching the point of having self-destructive thoughts.

“They claimed things that are not. At one point it affected me a lot and I thought regarding making very hard decisions. I was alone and I received these attacks and thoughts of suicide even came to me and everything was very strong,” she revealed.

The singer also assured that it was not easy to start from scratch in a foreign country. “It’s hard to start in a country from scratch. I didn’t know anyone, at first I stayed with my friends. Then I went to live alone, now I don’t live alone,” she added.

Finally, the actress said that living in Miami is expensive, so she shares expenses with other people. “It is said that I live in a very expensive apartment, it is true that in Miami everything is expensive; But I live with three other people,” she said.
