Singer MC Mong Steps Down From Wonheon Dread, Pursues Further Study Abroad

MC Mong, a prominent singer, has announced his decision to step down from his position at Wonheon Dread. he revealed this news through a heartfelt message shared on his social media accounts on October 17th.
“I believe it is important to inform my fans first,” MC Mong stated in his extensive post. He explained that a combination of severe depression and deteriorating health has made it challenging to continue creating music.
“I want to choose a path where I can create more music,” he continued. He has entrusted his responsibilities to Chairman Cha Ga-won and is now preparing to study abroad for his personal growth and well-being.
MC Mong expressed his desire to focus on his health and development, stating, “Even though I am late, I want to become healthier and develop further. I plan to prepare and release new work this year. I believe its my last ambition to study music and language.”
He also extended his gratitude to his colleagues, saying, “I was very happy working with the producers and staff, and I still love and support them. I was worried about them perhaps dimming their own light.”
“They will continue to shine brighter with your generous support, and I hope they become even better artists with the fans,” he added.
