Russia is preparing a draft law regulating the conditions for the entry, exit and stay of foreigners in the country. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. According to him, the project will be discussed at a meeting of the Security Council in September.
