Saudi Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Al-Khatib, confirmed an upcoming visit by Argentine star Lionel Messi, accompanied by his family and friends, to the Kingdom this month.
The Saudi minister published a tweet in which he welcomed the visit of the “Saudi tourism ambassador,” saying: “He welcomed once more the Saudi tourism ambassador, the world star Lionel Messi, with his family and friends this month on his second visit to Saudi Arabia to enjoy the most beautiful Saudi tourist destinations, and to enjoy our exceptional experiences and the hospitality of our people during his trip.”
In May, the Saudi minister revealed the appointment of the Argentine as ambassador for Saudi tourism, publishing a tweet in which he welcomed the Argentine and his friends to spend a special vacation exploring the treasures of the Red Sea, the Jeddah season and its ancient history.
