Zurich: FIFA’s FIFA World Player of the Year will be announced on January 17. Lionel Messi, Mohamed Salah and Robert Lewandowski have been shortlisted for the final round.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Killian Mbabane were eliminated from the final. For the second year in a row, Lewandowski is vying for the FIFA World Player of the Year award. The award will be presented at a ceremony in Zurich.
Lewandowski is the leading scorer last year. In 2021, he scored 69 goals in various competitions. Polish star Lewandowski plays for Bayern Munich. The player who continues to score goals for Bayern in 2021 broke two records of the legendary Mുള്ളller. Lewandowski holds the record for most goals in a season in the Bundesliga and the most goals in a calendar year in the Bundesliga. He also won the Bundesliga, the German Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup with Bayern.
