Lionel Messi scored the first goal World Cup 2022.

National team of Argentina was entitled to a penalty in the 9th minute of the match with Saudi Arabia following Leandro Paredesa flunked in the penalty area.

At the 10th minute, Messi lightly hit the bottom left corner, and goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Owais did not guess the direction of the blow and jumped into the right corner.

This is the first goal of the 35-year-old striker at the 2022 World Cup.
