Mexican gang apologizes for the kidnapping and killing of Americans and hand over its members involved in the process to the authorities!
Mexican local media reported that the drug gang accused of kidnapping four Americans in Mexico and killing two of them sent a letter of apology attributed to the Gulf Cartel. The letter indicates the gang’s strong condemnation of the crime and its decision to hand the perpetrators over to the authorities, and says they acted without the permission of their leaders.
