Windows Central websiteAccording to news, Microsoft may have canceled the existing Surface Duo 3 screen design, but it may still maintain dual-screen specifications.

Compared with the Surface Duo and Surface Duo 2 launched in the past, Microsoft has obviously canceled its complicated dual-screen concave folding mechanism, which may change the original 360-degree concave folding design to only be able to be flattened at a maximum of 180 degrees, or Folded usage.

However, it is not yet confirmed whether the current Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series adopts a concave folding screen design, and it is equipped with an external screen to meet the general folding operation requirements, or it is changed to another screen design.

According to relevant statements, Microsoft will adopt a screen design on Surface Duo 3 that will be more “traditional”, but in what form it will be presented, it is obvious that Microsoft will have to wait for further announcements. At least for now, it can be confirmed that Microsoft still plans to launch Surface. Duo 3 is expected to continue to use the Android operating system.
