Washington – Former US Vice President Mike Pence is throwing in the towel in the race for the presidential nomination of the opposition Republicans. “To the American people I say: This is not my time,” Pence told attendees at the Republican Jewish Coalition conference in Las Vegas on Saturday. He did not make any election recommendations, but called for electing someone who appeals to people’s better sides and can lead with “politeness.”
