In an unprecedented decision, the Ministry of Health has undertaken Judicial actions contra 21 Entities Health Promoters (EPS), among which are recognized names such as Sanitas, Nueva EPS, Salud Total and Sura. The lawsuit, filed this Sunday, alleges violation of rights fundamentals, including access to social health security and the effective and timely provision of services doctors.
