Kaprizov is only the third player in Wild history to score 30+ goals in consecutive seasons. He ranks behind Marian Gaborik and Brian Rolston, who even reached this mark three years in a row.
Minnesota has a goal difference of 7-15 in their last five games and has never scored more than two goals in a game. “We all have to find a way,” said Kaprizov following the game: “If we find our game once more and go back to the basics, we’ll be able to win some of these games once more.”
