Mobile Clinic provided comprehensive medical care to residents of the Roberto L. Petit neighborhood

Asuncion, IP Agency.- A total of 180 patients benefited from the services provided by the Mobile Clinic of the Ministry of Public Health, in the specialties of internal medicine, pediatrics, ophthalmology, electrocardiogram, dentistry, family planning, Pap smears and vaccinations, with the provision of medications.

It was in cooperation with the Eighteenth Health Region, through the USF Republicano 1 and the Capellanes del Chaco Outpatient Specialty Center, together with the Family and Senior Citizens Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

In this framework, a total of 67 patients were treated in the medical clinic; 33 in ophthalmology with delivery of frames; 10 in pediatrics; 8 for electrocardiogram studies; 20 participated in a talk on oral health with delivery of kits; 12 in dentistry. Also, 15 patients in family planning; 7 for application of vaccines; 7 for STI testing and 1 for a Pap smear study.

The event was attended by the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, Raul Latorre; the regional director Oscar Fernandez; the municipal mayor of Asuncion, Oscar Rodriguez and the legislators Johana Vega and Rocío Vallejos, among others.
