Dubai> Construction of 136 villas has been completed in Al Warqa-4 area of the city under Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. These villas have been built in an area of 7,28,510 square feet. Officials have started the process of giving the villas to the citizens who have claimed them. The modern housing units were built as part of the efforts to improve the quality of life of the citizens on the instructions of the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Built on the basis of the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan, the project was completed in accordance with the highest urban planning standards. The project work was started at the beginning of last year.
