The Canadiens held a sober ceremony highlighting the unity of the Montreal team on Saturday evening, during the first home game of the 2023-2024 season.
The whole thing was, however, a bit disjointed and several team fans and journalists displayed their skepticism on social media once the ceremony was over.

I suggest to those responsible for the match presentation of #CH to take a trip to Vegas, with a view to the 2024 opening match.
