Considered the official track of Mortal Kombat 1 in Brazil, “Poder Supremo”, a song created by Whindersson Nunes, received a clip this Thursday (28) by Warner Play to promote the launch of the most recent game in the franchise. Under the stage name Lil’ Whind, Nunes sings her memories of playing old versions of the game, describing famous characters from the franchise.

The video, with trap-style music, alternates scenes of Nunes in training (since, in addition to being a comedian, he is also a boxer) with scenes from the new game, recalling in the lyrics scenes from a childhood in which, when he overdid it in the video game , the mother’s “slipper” flew, comparing it to Kung Lao’s attacks.

In the lyrics, the singer still remembers video game rental stores, where he ran to play and finish games “without a memory card”.

“Creating the song made me very happy, because it brought me closer to memories from my childhood,” says Whindersson Nunes in a press release. “I remember playing Mortal Kombat since I was a child with my cousins and being able to unite different sides of my life, such as music and fighting, makes this project very important to me.”
