Most expensive rent in Amsterdam? 25 thousand euros per month. Expenses not included

Anyone who says rent in Amsterdam can be expensive means expensive. But sheikh costs belong to other categories: the Pontsteiger is (at the moment) the highest concentration of millionaires in Amsterdam: in the iconic (an architect would say) Houthavens, the building with a “square hole in the middle”, however, there is room for those who have 25,000 euros a month to spend. Excluding utilities, in fact, with the modest monthly sum of an annuity for those on subsidies, you also have access to a parking space, says AT5.

If 25,000 euros seemed too much, however, the makelaar makes it clear how much it would take to buy it: 7,150,000 starting price and you will become the very happy owners of a 470m2 penthouse above the center of Amsterdam.
