Mubarak Second Verdict: Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s announcement to file a reference against 3 judges including the Chief Justice – Pakistan

An important meeting of the opposition parties has been held in the federal capital Islamabad, after which Jamiat Ulema Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced to file a reference against three judges including the Chief Justice. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the federal government should file a reference against the three judges in the Mubarak Sani case.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the Supreme Court should review its decision automatically, APC clarifies that the Supreme Court should remove the ambiguities of the decision to make the Qadianis bound by the constitution and law.
