On February 27, the authorities of Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province said that they are investigating to clarify the murder that occurred at Phuong Lan 6 residential group, Phuong Son town (Luc Nam) – according to BVPL.

Information regarding the murder case from Dan Tri: According to the authorities, around 4 pm on February 26, Mr. Vu Van Thong (39 years old) and 5 friends went to drink beer at Long Beo restaurant (in Phuong Lan 6 residential group, Phuong Son town).
Then, Dang Cong Doan (17 years old) came to enter the tray. When everyone returned, Doan, Mr. Thong and Mr. NVS (34 years old) stayed to talk. The delegation asked Mr. Thong to pay 1.2 million VND owed to Mr. TPTH (23 years old) earlier. Through verification, the investigation agency determined, Mr. H. promised to give Doan the above amount of money if he might claim it from Mr. Thong.
When Mr. Thong said he did not have the money to pay, Doan used scissors to stab Mr. Thong’s stomach and back several times and then fled. The victim was then taken to the hospital but did not survive.
At dawn on February 27, Doan went to the police headquarters to surrender.
