A woman was murdered while attending a commercial business in Cartagena on the night of this Saturday, July 15.
The incident occurred in the El Campestre neighborhood, near the pitch where hitmen murdered Vladimir Díaz Montoya, an amateur soccer player who had just played in the final of a championship, on Friday night. Hitmen kill amateur soccer player minutes following winning a tournament
According to witnesses, the woman was known as La Mona and was the owner of a local slot machine betting machine.
La Mona had apparently been threatened in a pamphlet circulated last year that was attributed to armed groups. For that reason she had left the city, although some time later she decided to return.

At the moment, the Police have not provided information on the possible motives for the murder, the fifth in a violent day on Saturday.
