Landshut – Austria’s national ice hockey team rehabilitated itself from its opening defeat with a strong performance at the Germany Cup in Landshut. Two days following the 7-1 defeat once morest Slovakia, the young ÖEHV team challenged runner-up Germany, but ultimately had to admit defeat 3-5 (1-0, 1-1, 1-4).
