Avilés, Spain, celebrated a significant win in the Lotería Nacional on Thursday, March 12, 2026, as the first prize, worth €300,000 per series, was sold at Administration Number 6, located on Calle Jose Cueto in the Maspalomas building. The winning number was 45281.
Lotero Javier Puerta, who has managed the administration for nearly two years, expressed his joy, stating he was “very happy” to have sold the winning ticket. He noted that he sold one series, comprising ten tickets each awarding €30,000. Puerta expressed hope that this win would be the first of many for his establishment.
The first prize was also awarded to tickets sold in Cañaveral, in the province of Cáceres, and in Ponferrada, according to reports. Each winning number represents ten series, and it remains unclear how the remaining series were distributed.
In addition to the first prize, the second prize of €60,000 per series went to number 16640, with winning tickets sold in Badajoz, Barcelona, Vizcaya, Burgos, Las Palmas, Madrid, Palencia, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Toledo, and Valencia.
The Lotería Nacional also awarded prizes in several other categories. Four-digit extractions – 1431, 2717, 5030, and 7097 – each carried a prize of €75 per décimo. Three-digit extractions – 295, 421, 562, 565, 762, 840, and 925 – awarded €15 per décimo. Two-digit extractions – 03, 09, 29, 43, 46, 57, 65, 79, and 95 – yielded a prize of €6 per décimo. Reintegros for numbers 1, 3, and 6 returned the price of the décimo, amounting to €3.
Tomorrow, Friday, March 13, 2026, the draws for Euromillones and El Millón will take place at 9:30 PM. A new Lotería Nacional draw is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM.
