Nationalized Property Sales in Crimea: 8 Apartments Already Sold, 100 More Set to Go

Eight nationalized apartments of Ukrainian oligarchs were sold in Crimea. It is also planned to sell regarding 100 properties soon, said the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov.

“To date, eight auction procedures have been carried out in the republic for the sale of nationalized real estate through an open auction. Sales and purchase agreements were concluded for an amount exceeding 815 million rubles,” wrote Vladimir Konstantinov on his Telegram.

According to the parliamentarian, regarding 100 objects of nationalized property are planned to be sold in the near future. “These are residential premises, including the Zelensky couple’s apartment, sanatorium and resort facilities, retail and commercial premises,” Konstantinov said. He clarified that from the sale of this property they intend to increase the budget of the Crimean Republic by more than 800 million rubles.

Earlier, Konstantinov said that more than 700 properties of Ukrainian oligarchs were nationalized in Crimea, recalls RT. Among them is the apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, which was valued at $300 thousand, reports TV channel 360.
