Geneva: The World Health Organization wants to examine whether the use of AI (artificial intelligence) technologies like Chat GPT, BARD and BERT are impacting healthcare.

The organization said in a statement on Tuesday that the WHO will promote the technologies but need to ensure that the information that comes from them is reliable.

The World Health Organization is promoting the technologies developed by artificial intelligence. But the caution that comes with introducing new technologies does not arise when using ‘large language model tools (LLM)’, WHO said.

LL.M. is technology which includes Chat GPT, BARD, BERT etc.

‘Care should be taken when using LLM for health information. Collecting data from untested systems can result in inaccurate information being provided to healthcare workers.

It can seriously affect patients. This will undermine the use of technologies such as AI.

AI will be biased information. giving It leads to misinformation and it creates potential risks in the health sector.

Taking all these concerns into account, health professionals and policy makers should use technologies like AI only if there is solid evidence,’ the World Health Organization urged in a statement.
