Nearly 6,000 food items have been recalled from supermarket shelves over the past two years

Since March 2021, nearly 6,000 food products have been recalled and taken off the shelves. This increase reduces consumer confidence in certain products but also in large retailers. UFC-Que Choisir calls on the State to recruit more staff to carry out independent health checks in supermarkets.
