What happened?
Neighbors of the intersection of Vicuña Mackenna Avenue with Salvador Sanfuentesin the commune of FloridaMetropolitan Region, denounced that car races on Saturday nights in the middle of the public thoroughfare.
The complaint
According to what the inhabitants of the sector stated to Meganews Alertpeople gather in a private compound and they have permission to prevent free transit of people.

They also emphasized that the bigger problem is when they leave the parking lot, where they are authorized to be, and they head out into the street to do “pikes” and races.
matiaspresident of the condominium San Cristobalsaid that “this problem has been occurring it’s been over a monthpractically every weekend they are gathering in the parking lots.”

A viewer contacted Rodrigo Sepulvedahost of Meganoticias Alerta, and told him that “this is not clandestine race“.
Another added that “that’s not because in a clandestine race two vehicles running side by side are neededthat is a meeting for benefit, the exits are like this to show the cars”.
Pablo, another viewer, wrote “Sepu”, exposing that “that is done when one wants to show off the cars. I participated in events like this and it’s just to show the sound the car hasnothing else”.
