The head of state proposed making amendments to the law “On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation.” “Civil servants and citizens applying for inclusion in the federal personnel reserve of the civil service will be required to provide information on income,” it says in the text explanatory note.

It is clarified that citizens in the personnel reserve will also have to report on the income of their family members. In addition, it will be necessary to ensure that the information provided is verified.
