New car sales in Europe increase for the 2nd consecutive month in September, says ACEA – 10/18/2022 at 09:26

BERLIN (Archyde.com) – New car registrations in Europe rose in September for the second month in a row, following 13 months of decline, industry figures showed on Tuesday.

The number of new vehicles registered in the European Union, Britain and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in September rose 7.9 percent year on year to 1,049,926 cars, it said. Tuesday the Association of European Automobile Manufacturers (ACEA).

In the European Union, the rise was even stronger, with growth of 9.6%

The four main EU markets – Spain, Italy, Germany and France – all saw an increase in the number of registrations.
