The change is just in progress. The motto “Milo. Who else?” can still be seen on billboards across Montenegro, although Milo Ðukanović, the man who shaped the country’s fortunes for more than 30 years, was voted out as president in early April. His successor, 36-year-old Jakov Milatović from the Europe Now party, has already moved into the white presidential palace in Podgorica.
