New Comprehensive Community Medicine professionals are incorporated into the National Health System in Anzoátegui

A total of 76 graduates of Comprehensive Community Medicine (MIC), from the XII cohort of the Hugo Chávez Frías University of Health Sciences (UCS), were integrated into the National Public Health System (SPNS), in Anzoátegui, as indicated the single regional Health authority, Zuilen Li, according to an institutional press release.

“45 of the applicants will comply with the regulations to provide medical services in vulnerable areas, with a view to specializing in Comprehensive General Medicine (MIG),” said the official regarding the assignment that some of these professionals will have.

According to the information provided, the sole authority of the territorial entity was present at the appointment of positions, along with the director of Public Health, Francisco Navarro, the coordinator of Barrio Adentro, Yemaira Villasmil, and the representative of the UCS, Isabel Arias.

With the insertion of the new humanist professionals in the SPNS, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the Minister of Popular Power for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez, strengthen human talent in health services, in compliance with public policies promoted by the National Government.
