Developers from the Polish studio Fumi Games through the portal IGN presented a new gameplay trailer for their jazz-charged retro shooter Mouse and announced the approximate release date for the game.

Let’s remember that last spring the early developments of Mouse captivated viewers on TikTok, and by mid-May the game acquired its first trailer and Steam pagehowever, until now there was no release date.
As it became known from the new Mouse video, the Fumi Games project will see the light of day on PC only in 2025. This isn’t surprising considering the game was still in early development back in May.
The events of Mouse will unfold in the world of cartoon animation. Players take on the role of private detective John Mouston as they fight their way through a corrupt city of crooks and bandits.
They promise a visual style inspired by the animation of Disney cartoons from the 1930s, “an unforgettable adventure”a wide selection of weapons, the Fantastic-o-Matic power-up system, upgrading skills and equipment.
As for the Mouse trailer, the new video lasts exactly a minute and demonstrates locations, shooting off the heads of enemies from different types of weapons, the use of explosives and environmental elements (like a suspended piano).
In four hours, the video received more than 200 thousand views and 26 thousand likes. Viewers were delighted with the improvements compared to the first trailer and saw elements of past hits in the game. “BioShock meets Cuphead”— noticed BlaZé.
