King Saud Medical City revealed five behaviors that improve mental and physical health, on the World Mental Health Day.

The city explained that the factors for improving mental health lie in the continuous learning of a person by acquiring a new skill that makes him feel accomplished and increases his self-confidence, and communication with others such as spending time with family and friends.

She added that the factors also include practicing sports activities, searching for fun things in them, making them part of daily life, giving by contributing to helping others, in addition to eating healthy, parallel food.
