News 24 | Health: Conducting laboratory tests for corona is not for everyone, not at any time

Today (Sunday), the spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, confirmed that conducting laboratory tests to detect the emerging “Corona” virus, is not for all people, and not at any time.

Al-Abdali explained, during the periodic press conference, that if the vaccinated people feel similar symptoms and the new “Corona” virus, they should go to do laboratory tests.

He added, “We urge those who have not completed their immunization in the event of contact with infected people to take advice before conducting the examinations,” noting that the urgency in conducting the examination, or repeating it without a sufficient period of time for the result to appear, may lose its importance and value.

He pointed out that the Kingdom has given 52 million doses of vaccine, benefiting more than 23 million people across the Kingdom.
